Type your text into the Chat Entry Field

Notice that there is now a white field at the bottom of the "Chat Monitor" field. This white area is the "Chat Entry" field, in which Visitors type in their text while chatting with the Agent. The Visitor types chat text into this field and either clicks the "Send" button or presses the ENTER key to transmit their text to the Customer Service Agent. The "Exit" button terminates the chat session with a Customer Service Agent.
