Receiving "Pushed" E-Mail Links
As different needs arise during a chat session with the Visitor, the Agent can "push" and appropriate e-mail link through to the Visitor's browser. For example, a Visitor signs onto the Sales area with a Technical Support question. The chat dialogue might look something like this on the Agent's screen:
Here's what the e-mail link looks like in the Visitor's browser when it is first "pushed:"
The "pushed" e-mail first appears in the Visitor's browser as a hyperlink. Then, the Visitor's default e-mail program will open with the address already filled in.
The Visitor can then fill out the e-mail and send it immediately, so that their inquiry can be answered as quickly as possible.
As you can see, the Visitor has a wealth of functionality at his or her fingertips when connecting their browser to a server powered by eShare NetAgent. That's why eShare NetAgent is the premier choice for online Visitor communication with your company's Visitor Service Center.
