E-Mail Option and Session Transcript

By entering a valid address in the appropriate field at logon, Visitors are assured that a history of the session is sent to the e-mail address entered. This address may also be saved so that company may send product announcements, special offers, promotions, etc.
The Visitor may also display a transcript of the chat session on their browser. The Visitor will know that this feature is available if there is a button labeled Options displayed at the bottom of their chat field.
Depending upon the type of browser you are using, clicking the Copy button will either copy all chat text to the clipboard or open a new browser window. Either way, a transcript of the chat session up until the moment the customer clicked the button can be copied.
