Copying Text from the Chat Session Transcript

Visitors can copy text from the chat session transcript to their Windows clipboard so that it can be exported into other applications. This can be done by clicking on the transcript and highlighting the text to be copied. Then, right click on your mouse and scroll down to Copy.

The Visitor may then paste the copied text into any other application.
