Chat Text and Hypertext Links
Note the hyperlinks (blue text) displayed in the Chat Monitor field.
The hyperlinks represent Web pages selected by the Customer Service Agent who then "pushed" them through to your browser. You do not need to take any action, other than to be aware that a page is on its way.
"Pushed" pages are displayed in the "Chat Field" as hyperlinks. You may click on these links to return to a previously viewed page at any time during a session.
If you click on the blue hyperlinks as shown in the above illustration, a window will open and display the web pages associated with the URL.
